Turrito Networks, a converged communications and cloud computing service provider, has appointed ICT veteran John Ferguson as its head of operations. The position was created as a result of exponential growth over the past four and a half years and the company’s continued commitment to putting the customer first.

Qualified in Business Management, Marketing and Accounting – Ferguson has worked in the telecommunications industry for the past 20 years and brings a wealth of knowledge when it comes to development of staff, creating and implementing systems and driving customer service excellence. His previous work experience includes leading the CSOC Operations team for one of the largest telecoms businesses in Africa for over eight years.
