Altron, a specialist service provider and implementing partner with a proven and trusted track record across Sub-Saharan Africa, has won three awards at Huawei Eco Connect Sub-Saharan Africa 2023.
This year, the company took home Cloud Sales Partner of the Year, Network Partner of the Year and Enterprise Sales Partner of the Year in a clear win that demonstrates its commitment to leveraging world-class technology and best practices to deliver exceptional solutions to the market.
“Winning these awards demonstrates the strength of our relationship with Huawei and ratifies the partnership that we have,” says Tim Ellis, Executive: Infrastructure Sales at Altron. “These awards are an acknowledgement of our shared commitment to innovative and relevant service delivery to our customers in Africa.”
They are also a testament to the continued standards of excellence demonstrated by Altron over the years. The company took home Network Partner of the Year, Huawei Cloud Partner of the Year, and IP Services Partner of the Year in 2022. For Altron, however, the goal remains to take home the award for Data Centre Storage Partner of the Year.
“We plan to win that next year as we are extremely focused on the strategic value we provide and how we leverage Huawei’s technology to do so,” he says. “Both Altron and Huawei are aligned in our objectives, recognising the growth opportunity in the market and finding new ways to enhance our service provision and capabilities to meet this opportunity head-on. We want to play a role in data centres, storage, compute and cloud, using our skills to complement the Huawei stable.”
