In a strategic move aimed at enhancing client experience, inq., a global leader in Edge solutions, has directed its efforts on better servicing clients through South Africa, a key region with a significant presence of multinational corporations. This aligns with the new group-level strategy to leverage South Africa’s robust market landscape, ensuring that its diverse client base expectations are exceeded through the concentration of efforts in the region.
“Along with this move the Security Operations Centre (SOC) and Network Operations Centre (NOC) will be located in South Africa covering Namibia, Swaziland, Botswana and Mozambique” says Andile Ngcaba, Executive Chairman at inq.
Khethi Malinga, the newly appointed Group Chief Human Capital Officer, will lead the development and execution of the groups Human Capital strategy and ESG initiatives. Malinga added, “our focus on ESG and sustainability is paramount. We are committed to building strong relationships with stakeholders and making a positive impact in the communities we serve.”
Malinga brings with her over 26 years of experience across diverse multinational industries joining recently hired Grant Morgan, the Group Chief Commercial Officer, who is also a seasoned professional with over 30 years’ experience in the ICT sector. Morgan will drive revenue growth, diversification, marketing, product development, and management, enhancing consultation-based customer engagement and advancing inq.’s competitive position.
With this consolidation, inq. is establishing South Africa as its home market to serve customers across the group while expanding regional capabilities. inq.’s new structure will drive efficiency and innovation, reinforcing its position as a market leader for Edge solutions.
