Bastion celebrates its clients MTN, Kumba Iron Ore and Exxaro, recognised at the Chartered Governance Institute of Southern Africa’s Integrated Reporting Awards 2025.
The Bastion Group’s longstanding clients – Exxaro Resources Ltd, Kumba Iron Ore Ltd and MTN Group Ltd – were recognised at the Integrated Reporting Awards 2025 hosted by the Chartered Governance Institute of Southern Africa (CGISA) and Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE) on 12 November 2025. Exxaro Resources won in the Top 40 category while MTN received a Merit, and Kumba Iron Ore earned a merit recognition in the Mid-Cap category.
The awards have been recognising companies that demonstrate excellence in transparency and governance alongside exceptional quality in their integrated reporting since 1956. They are a benchmark, setting the standard for sustainable and transparent reporting across sectors.
