With more than 111 graduates having already completed the programme, the Academy is gearing up for an even bigger 2026 intake.
The Academy was created to close the digital skills gap and equip the next generation of business analysts, developers and systems architects with the expertise needed to thrive in a rapidly evolving digital economy. Unlike traditional internships, participants are full-time BlueSky consultants from day one – trained, certified and placed directly into delivery teams.

Academy participants follow tailored learning paths aligned to their strengths, covering Salesforce, Data, Analytics, AI, Experience Design and AWS. The programme combines structured training, hands-on mentorship, and direct project delivery – enabling candidates to earn their first certifications before being embedded in client-facing roles.
BlueSky recruits Academy candidates via its careers page, selected university partnerships and open calls for applications. Every participant benefits from a holistic development approach: real work experience, technical enablement, and the professional confidence to accelerate their careers in the technology sector.
